Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your handcrafted jewelry to you quickly. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 7-14 business days for custom pieces to be created.
Our store uses Shippo to pick and ship your orders (primarily via USPS). Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your piece and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $49.

While we strive for perfection, shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to: inclement weather or natural disasters; carrier service interruptions; or global events.
Service Interruptions & Delays
Legal Relation & Disclaimer (Transfer of Risk)
Title of Goods: The legal "transfer of risk" occurs when we hand your package to the carrier. Once a tracking number is issued and the package is in the possession of USPS or Shippo, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Missing/Damaged Packages: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
