Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
Since each crystal is unique, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Conditions & Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at madiscrystalcove@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund once received.
